How to Upgrade to a Paid Account

You are welcome to use your Free Passpack account for as long as you wish. If you would like to see the additional features available for paid users, click on Account > Packages & Pricing. Paid accounts are yearly subscriptions, starting at $18/year.

1. Choose Your Package

Click the Account > Packages & Pricing menu link. Locate the package you would like to purchase and press the Buy Now button. If you have a coupon code, insert it into the field before pressing Buy Now. A new window will open.

2. Provide Billing Information

This is the address that your receipt will be made out to. It can be different from the address on your credit card. Choose your country carefully, as it determines whether or not you have to pay VAT taxes. Twenty percent VAT taxes are applicable to Italian residents and businesses, as well as EU residents. Otherwise, you are VAT exempt.

3. Payment Summary & Terms

The order total is the final purchase price. It includes all taxes. There is no shipping, nothing to download and no additional costs. Tick the legal checkboxes and press Next Step to proceed to the Order Summary page.

4. Order Summary & Confirmation

Review your order and billing information to make sure it is correct. If you need to make changes press Go Back. To proceed to payment, press the Pay Now button. This will take you to the PayPal website where you can make your credit card payment.

Payment & Upgrade Status

Passpack will upgrade your account immediately after receiving the OK from PayPal that they payment has been completed. The is usually a few minutes, but sometimes it may take up to a full day. Please be patient.

You will receive a PDF invoice marked paid, usually 15-20 days after purchase.
