Olny passwords you create count towards your account limit. You can receive an unlimited number of passwords in sharing and they will never put you over the password limit.
This allows empoloyers to purchase 1 administrative account as thier main password storage, and all staff members and collaborators can use Free accounts with 100 passwords of thier own.
